Matthew J. Reilly
It all started at Child’s World more than 40 years ago where Matt sold and repaired bicycles. A born salesman, he later landed a job with Nutcracker Brands in 1985, where he climbed the sales ranks over the next decade. In 1996, Matt was recruited by Superior Nut Company to be the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. For the next 25 years, he successfully grew Superior Nut Company by 900%, taking them from a small regional company to a national player by developing the company’s branded and private-label canned nut line and securing shelf space at national retailers like Wal-Mart, ALDI and BigLots. Matt has decades of experience representing brands at renowned industry trade shows such as ECRM, NCA, and Mid-States, as well as developing planograms for regional and national retailers. He now brings that retail broking experience, knowledge, and proven success to RNR Partners as President.
Kyle M. Reilly
Director of Sales and Finance
With more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, Kyle brings a distinct perspective and business ingenuity to the team. Over the last few years, he helped City Winery of New York–a nationally recognized company–expand into new territories, successfully lobbying for and opening Boston’s first and only open-air wine garden on the historic Greenway in Boston. The success was featured in The Boston Globe,The Boston Herald, and on ABC’s television show The Chronicle. He later teamed up with Flight Club Darts–a unique social experience based out of London, England–to open their second United States expansion location in Downtown Boston. Couple this with over a decade of experience attending some of the nation’s largest snack and candy trade shows, Kyle’s proven track record and strategic skillset is an asset to RNR Partners as the Director of Sales and Finance.
